By using lindensleep.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping
Linden ships free within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
120-night trial and returns
Mattresses include a 120-night in-home trial. See our trial policy for full details, timing requirements, and eligibility. Accessories may have different return terms as noted on their product pages.
Warranty
Linden mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Normal comfort softening, cosmetic damage, and misuse are not covered.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Linden name, logo, product designs, text, and imagery — is owned by Sleep Coast LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linden's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
